Lincoln Park

Hello,

My name is Christine Rendon.  My husband and I recently purchased a home we had been leasing for two years here in Lincoln park.  My concern is that the creek is allowed to become filled with overgrown weeds and plants.

When the creek begins to become overgrown we have noticed more snakes and skunks.  I would like to see our creek maintained as well as the entrance to our subdivision.

Any plans on taken care of the creek?

Thank you Christine for your concern on the maintenance of the creek. The City of San Antonio maintains the creek and it's drainage feeds. When the creek becomes too overgrown, call 311 and report it, or just wait for the crews to come out and do their routine maintenance ( about every 3 months).

If you do not have a copy, you can view and download one or several from this web site. Pleas review the ACC request for improvements as well. You might need to fill one out if you plan to do any improvements to your property. This will help maintain the ACC records and keep our neighborhood in compliance with our covenants. yes welcome to the neighborhood christine!  I have a havehart trap if you need one........ I hate skunks ! Have two dogs that I'm trying to keep from getting sprayed ! I catch and relocate ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, L-man out
