Hello Lincoln Park, your presence at the Annual Homeowners meeting is greatly appreciated. You now have a new Board of Directors that is here to serve you the residents. Our focus is rebuilding the confidence and the look of the interior of our community. While the construction is in progress on Rochelle Rd. we are going to get our streets and homes in shape. You may have noticed that there had been some graffiti at the entrance not long ago. It had been removed at no cost to the association. We have started on many projects this year and are currently working on getting donations from outside businesses to help us for our picnic and other upcoming events. If you have or know of any businesses that might want to get involved in our community, please let us know by sending the information to lincolnparkhoa@yahoo.com . Also if you have any concerns or suggestions, please send them to our email address.
I along with the other members of the Board thank you and you will see your elected leaders out and about in your neighborhood. Before I forget, we have a change in the Architectural Control Committee. Rodney has become more involved with his Home Inspection business and has found that he has little time to commit to the ACC. So we now have a 2 person Chair or a Co-Chair. The web site will be updated soon and the names will be posted. There is a Newsletter coming out soon and will be distributed by our new Secretary. I would like to thank the past members of the Board for their service to this community and to Rodney for his continued service as he will remain on the committee.
