Pumpkin Dump Cake
1 29 oz can pure pumpkin
1 12 oz can evap. milk (Carnation)
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 box (regular size) yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup melted margarine or smart balance
Preheat oven to 350o, mix first 8 ingredients until well blended and pour into 9"x13" greased pan.
Sprinkle cake mix on top. then top with pecans. Pour melted margarine over top/
Bake 50 mins. Top with whipped cream.
