Boat Storage Locations - Policies and New Decals

Ref. Lindenmeier HOA Covenants:

6.10.3 Boats. No boats may be stored outside, except (a) on designated Common Area along Lindenmeier Lake (the "Lake"), (b) on that area of any Lot immediately adjacent to the Lake, or (c) on any other area of a Lot when screened from view of the neighboring Lots or streets. All boats using the lake or storage areas must be registered and have the numbered Linden Lake Decal.

 If you wish to store your boat  in  the approved HOA boat storage area (next to beach/picnic area), please contact All Prop. Services to obtain the free , numbered, decal by mail.  This area is not a permanent storage area for those boats not periodically used.  It is for residents that use their boats at least monthly. There is limited space so we must try to accommodate those boat users. 

 All boats now in place without decals will be moved to the back area of the storage location.  Attempts will be made to identify owners in the next couple months so they can be properly registered, or the boats will be removed from the area.

Boats in the storage area should be small enough for one person to move and each boat must be stored  upside down so as to not collect  water and creat a mosquito breeding area.
