ACC REVIEW OF PROPERTY CHANGES

Our HOA Covenants and By Laws establish an Architectural Control Committee to help assure that properties are built and maintained within a consitent and harmonious general character of development and style and nature of building design and visual appeal. Paragraph 6 of our HOA Covenants contains the details.

Bottom line is that most any new work that is done to your property, that can be seen from the outside, must first be approved by the ACC committee. To initiate such a request, you can download the appropriate form from the All Property Services web site or obtain one from their office. Complete the form and provide it to All Property Services in a timely manner. They will provide copies to the ACC who will act on the request in a timely manner. If you have a question on need or requirements, contact All Property Services or a member of our ACC.

Examples of need are: Repaint house in different color; replace shingles; add to or modify the house; make major changes in landscaping; rebuild or change your driveway; add/remove large trees; add to or remodel your house; etc.

You need to provide your request weeks before your approval need, so there will be no delays.

VEHICLE PARKING

Please note the limitations  that apply to vehicles that are stored in your driveway.  RVs, campers etc. are limited to 72 hrs, while commerical vehicles are not to be left in your driveway overnight.
