From the President.........
The Common Landscape Committee has done a walk - thru of the entire neighborhood. The Board is in the process of evaluating what plants are missing and how many need to be replaced.
The Board has re-evaluated the water schedule fo the common area?’s. They have been successful in hedging the Town of Gilbert?’s water price hike!
The Board is considering not over seeding the small water retention areas this winter, to further help reduce the water consumption. The three main areas, such as the park, will be reseeded.
