Rules Reminder
Once again, be reminded that parking vehicles on the street overnight is discouraged. The CC&R?’s state:
?“It is the intent of the Declarant to eliminate on-street parking as much as possible. Vehicles of all owners, residents, guests and invitees are to be kept in garages, carports, residential driveways and other parking areas designated by the association.?”
Every home in this Association has a minimum of four parking spots (two inside the garage and two in the driveway}. Please utilize your own property to park, not the street.
If you see a vehicle that is continually parked on the street overnight and wish to report it, call Brenda at Lepin & Renehan @ 480-345-0046. She will send you the proper form to fill out. No one will receive a notice about parking unless a written complaint is made.
