  • Respect-O-Meter: Respected Neighbor
Dear Management,
Posters for Lepbogus Boys presented by INFA Red Music were taped to light in the Roseland Heights Community along King Dr. from 95 to 99th Street a few weeks ago. By city law this should not be done. Tape defaced newly painted poles when posters were removed. We feel that pluggers on side walks and lawns (with your Radio Station's logo) shows disrespect for our community and WGCI. When GCI supports the "Hood Girls" & rapper events tell them that how they advertise reflects on those who sponsor them. When they litter and deface a community this shows contempt, insensitivity and disrespect for that community, the city environment and your station. When you reduce the appearance of a neighborhood in this way it shows a ghetto, ego-driven, self-interest mentality.  Which is inappropriate behavior that sends the wrong message to the black youth of today.

Vice-President Roseland Heights Community Association (RHCA)
Clevan Tucker,

P.S. It wouldn't hurt if your station did some public service announcements on not littering our Black communities.
Thank You for your time.
