I too was sent a letter one year. I always pick up after my dogs but a neighbor that did not like me reported me too. Total BS.
I called the management company and pitched a fit. How they can send a letter on an allegation and absolutely no proof. They told me it basically meant nothing and the person would have to go get a warrant.
