Little Spring Farm Neighborhood

I don't know if there is any interest in a Single Source Lawn Treatment Program for the neighborhood, but I believe it may save residents some money. As with anything, volume means discounts. A quality job will still be on the top of the list.. I will be requesting bids from Greenscapes, Scotts, & AB Landscaping to see what kind of deal we can get. I know that some people do their own and some don't do it at all, but I think if we can get 70% participation it might be a good deal for Little Spring Farm residents. Of course this would be strictly voluntary and residents would still be responsible for their billing. Let me know what you think. This is just the beginning of the process so bring on the suggestions.

We would be interested in seeing the bids. For the past year we have used A&B. They do a good job but we are not partial to them. Greenscapes has done a beautiful job with the subdivision - the open spaces were always well manicured during the summer time. Thank you for looking into it.

We are interested in group rates on anything including lawn care.  I would also be interested in knowing how many people are interested in getting an irrigation system put in.  If we could get more than five people, we might get a reduced rate.

We would be very interested in group rates for lawn care.  We used Scotts last year and we're very pleased.  We had to call them back several times before we finally saw any weeds die.  If anyone has a company that they are particularly fond of, we'd be very interested.
