Little Spring Farm Neighborhood

We have 2 dogs on our deck.  One is a smaller dog that is light tan color with long hair. It has a dark brown/black nose with dark brown/black tint on its back and ears. This dog looks close to a shih tzu but may not be. The other dog is bigger and mostly black with light brown specs throughout body. This one looks more like a lab. Both dogs have collars but no tags. We found the owner of the little dog.  His name is Reily.  He lives on Thixton behind the neighborhood.  I took him to Jefferson Animal Hospital and he was microchipped, but the family had a New Jersey number.  Through a little detective work, I found their house.  They just moved here in November.  He's back home.
