I heard that Greenscapes subcontracted Bloom & Things. I thought that I saw Greenscapes cutting the grass by the flag and Cory's grass, but I'm not sure. The guy that runs Bloom & THings said that a ground hog damaged the liner to the fountain out front, and that's why it has been off, for repairs.
Cannot comment on other issues, as I am not familiar with them.
