Little Spring Farm Neighborhood

Hi!  My husband and I are in the market for a new(er) home.  We fell in love with Little Spring and would love to call it our next home.  We have spoken with Mr Booth and have decided that we do not have time to build (we have a contract on our house) but would love to buy in LSF.  We have a couple of questions that have not been able to be answered.  First can anyone tell me what the homeowners assoc.  fee is in the neighborhood?

Also, we don't know anyone that lives back there to tell us of any issues that they have had?  Our main source of info is this disscussion board! 

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated to make this an easier decision for us!

The Home Owners fees are $675.00 annually which are due Jan 1 each year.   LSF is a great neighborhood with a bunch of good neighbors.  There have been some issues but you will have that with any new development.  On the whole, the developers have been responsive to our needs.  If you have a home built in LSF, I would suggest that you keep a close eye on your builder to make sure he does what you want while in the building phase.  Good Luck.
