Little Spring Farm Neighborhood

My cousin like the neighborhood and has looked into moving in.  (I love it here)  but he was at a christmas party and met someone else who lives here and they said that there is a gun dealer in our neighborhood.  i did try and ask around but i think it is very true.  Does anyone know if that is legal?  It will keep people from wnating to move here and scares me a little.
