remind me again please......when was it that the developer was going to start having the empty lots mowed ....i see the mowers around the neigborhood, but never cutting any of the lots......

the lot behind me has weeds that are knee high and growing fast.....and causing me and the company that  fertilizes and weeds my lawn lots of problems....

if they don't want to cut it, i will...where and to whom  do i send the bill........???
