Violation of the Declaration by TMMC and the Board of Directors

Posted in: Highline Meadows Fellows

It has been brought to the attention of the Highline Fellows Group that our Certificate of Liability Insurance has expired in 2003.

To view this document got to

http://www.condocerts.com/openers_index/opener.html

This is in direct violation of our Declaration that  clearly states in Article XII paragraph (e) that the Board of Directors must carry Fidelity insurance of 150% of the annual Budget for protection against fraud, theft and employee dishonesty.

Why dont you just call the property manager and ask if this document is current or if the website is posting an old document instead of making a blanket accusation.  Check your facts first.

Mackey,

Facts are the  Facts.

We were told by TMMC to go to the Condo Certs for information pertaining to this complex. If it is outdated this is just another reason for incompetence by our Management Company.

Prove it. Show us the documents and then show us the minutes for Jan 2008, Feb 2008, March 2008....

Can you?

HMF is right, but what I can't see is why the board of directors would not have this coverage because they can be sued personnally for any damages that have cost any homeowners any financial hardship, not very smart.
