Little's Creek Park Homeowners

My name is Ryan and I have lived in Highline Meadows for almost 4 years now. I have watched the steady decline of this community for too long now. I am sick of paying ridiculous dues for what seems like nothing more than water, trash, and half assed lawn care. On top of all that, I just received a notice for yet another special assessment for another $1200. This has got to stop. I have yet to pay the assessment from last year as I suspect they have no legal right to collect funds for things such as insurance costs and uncollectible dues. I can't believe they have the balls to issue special assessments two years in a row for the same thing. I am currently in litigation for the 2007 assessment and I guess I'll have to do it all over again this year. I hope I am not the only one in this community who feels this way and has chosen to not pay these assessments. 

My goal here is not just to whine and complain, but to actually band together those of you who are just as fed up as myself to vote out this sub par management company and bring in a competent one. I feel that this could be a really nice community with a little tlc. This is an investment, and currently we are all losing money on our investment the longer we allow TMMC to manage this property. I invite all of you to join me at the next monthly HOA meeting 11/18/08 and voice your complaints!

Don't give up the fight!!! You are right we need to come together before they really take us to the cleaners. You know that this is just a business for TMMC and they are directing the Board of Directors who are as bad as us like sheep in a field.

TMMC does not care about anyone in this complex as they have Rory and Bill do the management around here as we pay them, Rory and Bill and then we pay Subcontractors. Thats triple billing$$$$$$$$$ and its your money!!

The Board of Directors are nothing more that Denise's whipping Board as they take it on the "ASS" every month when she runs the show. If the Board had any "GUTS" they would "CUT" Cost around here, really look at what is being spent and "FIRE" TMMC and "TAR" and "Feather" them right out of town and back to Castle Rock!!!

Belive me... we are not the only community that is reading this and have problems with Denise and TMMC!

But as you can see Ryan they have no guts and they are just submitting to Denise and TMMC. You might want to read your Declaration as it states that any "extra-ordinary assessments require a vote of this community. Th board decided on themselves to issue another special assessment because they are incompetent to see the big picture and have tunnel vision brought on by years of mismanagement by TMMC.

Yes Ryan "IF" we all got together and fired TMMC and set the Board STRAIGHT ON THE FACTS OF HOW TO ACTUALLY SPEND 1 MILLION DOLLARS EFFECIENLY AND  CUT COST WE MIGHT HAVE CHANCE.

We must come together or all hope is gone. Action must happen by petition and a class action suit;
