Update

All the electrical work has been done. The board is now waiting on Demco to come out. From my understanding, the hood is on a waiting list for the meter to be added. I think the list is kind of long but all this we be in the newsletter that is going out next week.

Cul de Sac/ flower bed

Just to let you know that the Cul de Sac work has been delayed due to the repaving. Unfortunately we do not know when the repaving will be but it was agreed not to spend the Association funds until the roadwork was completed, just in case the workers accidentally ran over our flower beds when extending the Cul de Sacs.
