An election for Civic Association positions of President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Area 1,2,4, & 5 Representatives will be held at the Llangollen Estates Civic Association Annual Meeting at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 9th, in the Community Room of the New Castle Public Library, 424 Delaware Street, New Castle.
