cats should not be allowed to run free in the neighborhood. they kill 100,000 birds every year. they should be kept in the house & use a litterbox. When they go outside they should be walked on a leash just like a dog. if you want to let your cat out tie it up in your yard, be considerate of others. Also their fecses smells the worst & who wants that in their yard. They kill anything that moves. Who cares if they kill mice, but birds & little baby bunnies. It's not good for little children to come out of their home & find the dead body of a bird or baby bunny with it's head chewed off. A lot of times cats kill something & then don't even eat it. It's disgusting none of us want that in our yards.

Cat control
Cats laws are different than dog laws. Perhaps homeowners can be more responsible by leaving cats inside.

Cats
Are you sure it's cats running around the neighborhood and not a certain blk and white dog whos owners live on Walmsley Drive? Talk about running around the neighborhood that dog is a menace and it is not her/his fault the owners of the dog are irresponsible. By the way I have 3 cats and they do NOT run around the neighborhood killing birds or bunnies.

Cat Laws
If that certain dog that I mentioned in my first reply can run around the neighborhood so can my cats!! Actually
my cats stay in our back yard. I only know of 1 Certain cat that roams a little around the neighborhood and he is a gray cat.
