Financial statements?

We used to get financial statement information with our annual dues bills.  I understand the year isn't over by the time you mail them out but I've not received anything in a few years. 

 

As an accountant myself, I would like to be able to see where my funds are going.  You hear scary stories all the time of fraud by even the most trusted individuals.  Will the financial statements be available at the homeowner's meeting?  Or do I need to request a balance sheet and income statement individually?  Ideally, I'd like to see a trend as well.

 Each Month, we publish all the financial information for the month and review it at the meeting. Sometimes, it is longer than a month inbetween meetings..

 

We provide copies at the meetings. Also, we will publish the annual financial statement in February after the Annual Independent Audit performed by our CPA. 

 

As a resident of Loma Linda, you are entitled to this information. You should have received a monthly statement with your dues invoice.

There was a budget for 2017 included with the invoice but no financial statements.  I will attempt to attend a meeting but timing is difficult with commute from work.  Would it be possible to access them online?  Or email?  Providing CPA information would be helpful as well.
