I know that everyone that attended the last HOA meeting is wondering what is going on with the Pool Research...
Two weeks ago, the Beautification Committee created a subcommittee to research the feasibility of putting a pool into the common area, as discussed at the last meeting.
The subcommittee met last Sunday, and we are getting our first (of 5) bid today. It is our intention to complete our research by Sept. 20th. At that time, we will come together as an HOA for a full presentation of the findings. Then, being armed with all the information, and a recommendation from the committee, the HOA can vote on the pool.
Please share this information with your neighbors. It is critical that everyone particiate in the decision making!
