Lone Oak Park HOA

I was at the park with my two children this week and notice a HUGE hole in the ground in the northwest corner of the common area.  There were some children's digging tools in it which made me think that perhaps this is being used as a makeshift sandbox.  Anyone know what is going on there?  I think it's dangerous as it would be easy for a child to trip and fall into it...
