Does this neighborhood assoc help with homeless camps being set up? Now seeing in backyard residence. Bringing in crime, drugs, prostitution, lack of sanitary of human waste etc. Code compliance and police not very responsive. have been told that the San Antonio DA does not prosecute because he considers it petty crime. They do not enforce the laws against it seems like. Any suggestions for recourse?
