- overgrown properties (+12 inches in length)
- overgrown vacant lots (+12 inches in length)
- outside storage of debris or junk
- illegal dumping
- residents without sanitation service
- improper storage of recreational vehicles, trailers, etc.
- contractors not removing waste from jobsite
- tree surgeons, fence contractors, landscapers not removing waste from jobsite
- refrigerators, iceboxes, or similar airtight units that are discarded
- placement of yard trash or debris in the street
