Become Involved — It’s Your Neighborhood

Make the most of your investment by becoming involved in the neighborhood. Volunteers are needed in the following areas:

Crime Watch ?– This committee will work to establish a successful neighborhood watch. Street captains are also needed. This is a great way to get to know your neighbors and stop crime before it starts. Remember to report problems or any crime related concerns, call the sheriff?’s department at 803-628-3056.

Nomination Committee ?– After the first election of the Board of Directors, future nominations will be made by a Nominating Committee. Do you know people with the drive and personality to lead our neighborhood? This is the committee for you.

Social Committee ?– Love planning social events and neighborhood get togethers? Or welcoming new homeowners to the neighborhood? Join others with your skills and make the neighborhood a fun place to live with events like block parties, Christmas caroling, and more.

Covenant Violations ?– This committee will work on a list of rules and policies that are within the boundaries of the covenants to help homeowners better understand how to keep our neighborhood clean, safe and a desirable place to live. For example: parking issues, ATV usage, portable basketball hoops, cleaning up after your dog(s), etc.

Architectural Committee ?– Keeping the neighborhood looking its best benefits all of us. This committee will work together to establish guidelines concerning all improvements and alterations. They will also approve or make changes to architectural applications.

Beautification Committee ?– Is landscaping your passion? Or are you looking for an outdoor activity where you can get to know your neighbors? We need volunteers to help maintain the common areas of the neighborhood. Let?’s all get together and make it a party!

Neighbor Helping Neighbor ?– There are always times in life when everyone needs a little help. Illness, accidents, family emergencies, and more happen everyday. Volunteer to help your neighbor when these occasions arise.
