Annual Meeting Minutes

The Annual Meeting was held at the Twin Peaks Golf Course on June 8th. In old business we discussed the entrance signs and decided to use the Neighborhood Improvement Grant to replace the dead junipers with other plant material. We will have a landscape committee meeting after the grant has been approved in January. So far we have one bid and another is in the works. We also acknowledged those who have been instrumental in keeping the entrance signs looking nice, particularly the Mountain View side. In new business we discussed the increased graffiti and general crime in the neighborhood. The next annual meeting will be held next summer at a time and place to be determined.
