I am quite concerned about a number of dogs that are allowed to roam free around 14th Place. They are not only a nuisance, but also a safety concern. Aren't there leash laws? These dogs usually seem pretty docile, but on several occasions they have followed me and barked/growled at me and my dog on our daily walk. Sometimes I'm afraid to get the mail when they are outside. The dogs are a small white terrier mix and a large shepherd mix - I don't know who they belong to. There are also a lot of children on this street - I worry that one of them will get bit.
