Please be sure to review your deed restrictions. If you did not receive a copy at settlement, or do not have a copy, please contact the Board and a copy will be promptly sent to you. This is also available on the LLA website. We do not think Board members should ?“police?” the community on the deed restrictions. They will be addressed if a neighbor makes a complaint. Complaints should be in writing to LLA, 100 N. Longwood Lane, Clayton, DE 19938.
