We should see if we can expand our street cleaning to include National Blvd. between Venice & Robertson. It never gets sweeped now, and everything there ends up blowing down Regent St. towards Cattaraugus. What good is it to sweep only half a neighborhood? It's like cleaning only 1/2 your living room. Do we think the businesses on National would object? It doesn't necessarily have to be during business hours. Does Venice Blvd. get swept during the normal Mon./Tues. cleanings?
