Chris Knight seeks 2 zoning variances in order to put a recording studio/trade school at 10407 Magnolia (former Kaiser medical building). Due to a request by a Neighborhood Council member, the zoning administrator has postponed a decision for 6 weeks.

The proposed trade school will decrease surrounding property values and add to an already overtrafficed area.
