We found a Scottish Terrier on Saturday (9/5) running loose.  Found in Bayview Manor II.   She was gray and white and had no identification on her, but had two collars.   Very well behaved.  We had to contact the SPCA to retrieve her.  If this is your dog, please contact the Kent County SPCA at 302.698.3006 or 888.352.7722 and reference case number 79931.
