Last night during the hours of roughly 1 am - 6 am, the gate to the backyard of a large brick house along Bremen St. was opened by an unknown individual, either letting loose a male medium sized-black lab, or taking the dog.
This lab responds to the name of "Titch," but unfortunately has gone rather deaf during the past year, and is a very friendly dog. Because of this, if he is touched, he will be skittish, but will not react aggressively. If seen, it would be best to make sure that he sees you before approaching.

Physical Description:
-Black Lab.
-Medium sized.
-Thin due to old age.
-Walks with noticeable stiffness.
-Significant amount of white around mouth and toes.
-If still wearing his collar, it should be bright green argyle.
-Phone number on "Titch" name tag will be out of date.
