My wife and I were traveling on Clay St over by McIntyre Park and saw two dogs running down the street.  Both dogs looked very takin care of and had collars with either a electric invisable fence collar or anti bark collar.  Brought both dogs to the Humaine Society for help on finding their owners.  Very sweet dogs.
