Surprised...not really, yet we need to keep an I on pets or other things outside in sidewalks, streets, or not leashed around our Spring Creek Neighborhood, too!!!!!

For the dogs, there is a lease law on the books in Carmel and all should be on leases, if not, call the police dept and report the violators (571-2500).
