I have had 2 rotator cuff surgeries that resulted in lost wages and a career change because of dogs off leash that ran after my dogs as I walked them on a leash. If I am walking my dog on leash and a dog off leash leaves its yard to run after us I will take a picture of the dog and spray the dog with pepper spray. I will not let myself or my dog be injured again. Nor will I endure any loss of wages or endure medical bills again for this reason. Dogs that don't stay in their own yard should be on a leash or in a fence. It is the law. Be responsible pet owners.
