A small brown or orange dog was stolen from the residence at the corner of 14th and Concart ST. Dog was seen in the possesion of a youth on a bicylce in the vicinity of 11th or 12th and Mamie if you have any information concerning this dog pleasse contact the HPD or me at 601-544-6166
