I was driving and a little toy poodle was on the side of the road about a 1/4 mile from skippack pike , I tried to get the dog but he or she got scared and ran into the wood, I chased for awhile and then I could not go any further.. The dog had tags on.. I really hope their owner sees this!!! He was a real cute dog and needs to be back with his family
