Several cats on Alvira (one tabby white/red) does not look like a stray- close to olympic usually later in the day eve

I can not tell if these are lost, however they are not friendly with my dog and I am unable to approach because of this.  If you upload photos that would help. Do check though, you just need to walk the neighborhood. There are tons, especially at sunset - probaly feeding time  GOOD LUCK!
