Our dog ran off last Friday evening July 3, 2015.  He does not like fireworks and likely ran from the noise. 

He is a dark gray Shihpoo poodle with a gray and red 'Washington State Cougars' collar.  He has all the tags on the collar and is embetted with a chip to be scanned.

His name is Samsun but also goes by Sammy.
