a black and white cat been hanging around our house for the last two weeks. He is a male cat.  Has a collar so was thinking he had to belong to someone.  Love to find a owner for him.  we have birds so can not let him inside along with dogs and another cat.  hubby feeds him everyday.  Kim Dear
