2 Stray dogs seen in the open space behind Westview Recreation Center.  They were headed towards Simms Road.  I was not able to catch them.

They had 2 Red devices in the shape of a ball on their collars so they come from the same household. 

I alerted Westminster Non-Emergency PD with details.

Both were medium sized, brown in color.  Saying a prayer those cuties find their home safely.
