What is the current status of the water detention ''ditch'' and common ground on each side? There has been no activity for a week or so, and new weeds are beginning to grow.

Ditch Update

I have been contacted by Saye that he is finished with his work on the detention facility. It is up to the city to approve the work as being in compliance with the city and lift the violations. It is my hope that this is not a finished product. We are awaiting word from the city engineers office. I personally believe it looks like their is still much work that needs to be done!! After walking the ditch there is still trash and debris visible and I am receiving reports from homeowners along the ditch that they are not happy with this result either!

What did we expect?

I'm cautious about ''the developer will be in control of all work performed.''

The developer was in control before, and we know how that turned out. We can be sure that it will meet MINIMUM standards.
