I have some questions about the Recycling service. Last month's newsletter had a sheet listing the things accepted and not accepted for recycling by waste management. However, I have noticed that some things that were listed as accepted are not being taken when I place them in my recycle bin. Most noteably, food and cereal boxes are left behind, even though they are listed as being accepted. I thought of contacting Waste Management directly to find out about this, but cannot seem to find any contact information from them.

I forgot to mention that the problem seems sporatic. Some weeks items will be taken, but then other weeks, the same items will be left behind, which only confuses me more as to which items are acceptable and which are not.

Is there anything we can do to make the recycling pick up more consistent?
