A proposal to develop a community center will be submitted for property located at 1103 St. Catherine Street. In accordance with new procedures of Louisville Metro Planning and Design Services, we have been directed to invite adjoining property owners and neighborhood group representatives to discuss this proposal before it can be formally filed. This will be an informal meeting to give you the opportunity to review the proposed plan and discuss the proposal with the developer or his/her representative. This meeting will be held in addition to the established procedures of the Planning Commission, including the Land development and Transportation Committee meeting and full public hearing.
The meeting to discuss this development proposal will be held on February 16. 2004 at 6:00pm at 1103 St Catherine Street.
At this meeting, representatives from BRYCC House Inc. will explain the proposal and then discuss any concerns you have. The purpose of this meeting is to increase your understanding of this case early in the process. We encourageyou to attend this meeting and to share any concerns you may have about this proposal.
