Open lots
The bylaws specifically state that lots are to be kept up by the builders. Also, the developers still own many of the lots. They should be the ones responsible to keep them cut and we should make sure that the cost IS NOT coming out of our dues. Who is it that is supposed to make sure that the bylaws are being enforced?????
