SUZUKI STRING PEDAGOGY PROGRAM FUNDRAISING

The Louisville Suzuki String Association (LSSA), working closely with Dean Christopher Doane of the School of Music at the University of Louisville, has raised $120,000 to create a center for excellence in Suzuki String Pedagogy. These funds have been used to hire Dr. Timothy Durbin, a Suzuki violin Teacher Trainer, to teach college students and string teachers to be registered Suzuki violin teachers.
