Lowry Village II

Does anyone know if we need to submit landscaping designs for review to BOTH Village II Association AND Lowry Master Association?? I have been approved by Village II but was wodering if Lowry Master has to rubber stamp too...or do they do it at the same time Village II approves?

Sounds redundant to me...
