LPIII Proposed Budget 2011

Our budget meeting is 3/30/2011 @ 7:00 pm at the Delaware State Trooper Troop 2 Barracks.  The two proxy forms on this site may be returned at the meeting.  Since we are also electing a new board at the meeting it will up to them to present the budget and collect the proxy forms.  Practically speaking, everyone should review the budget prior to the meeting and be prepared to discuss and complete the proxy form at the meeting.

Links are provided for two proxy forms that need to be completed and signed by one of the named persons on the deed for each lot in Lums Pond Estates III.  This is a legal requirement that ensures we only have one vote per household.  One is for snow removal budget and the other is for landscaping and pond maintenance.

If all budget line items are approved as detailed on the proxy forms the assessment for FY 2011 will be $250.00 per property owner.  I'm happy to say that the assesment is $22.00 less than last year.

Posting of the annual budget will be delayed a day or two.  One of the contractors has submitted an incomplete proposal and requested that we allow extra time for them to resubmit their corrected proposal.

We apologize for the delay and will post the proposed budget no later then 3/25/2011.
