Meeting called to order by President seconded by Secretary @ 7:00 PM

Beth to send out newsletter with info regarding the new board members to the community

Garage sale scheduled for 6/4/2011 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM following Sat if rain - $5.00 per household

Dicussed block captain idea. Beth will divide up the neighborhood and notify board members of
responsbilities

    Divide neighborhood by streets
        Peace
        Hope
        Joy
        Cheer


Steve to consolidate the Countryside Quotes, circulate to board, get OK and respond to Keith

Beth working on trying to revitalize front entrance with goal of end of Summer 2011.

Steve agreed to maintain web site

Assessment mailing going out by Steve ASAP

Meet at Artisans 05/07/2011 9am to transfer checking account authorizations   

Need to set up a non personal phone number for board member access.  Linda S. to investigate Google option

Need to notify to NCCo and State agencies of new contact information
